McDonald's in Murr

Friendly staff but had to wait a long time for food.

Can the staff not read or do they do this on purpose. When I worked at maccas 30 years ago, we would be reprimanded and even suspended for this terrible service. I've tried complaining in the past but nothing happens. This restaurant seems to be the worst. I've been there 4 times and never received a correct order.

Abysmal wait time for an order. It appears that dine in/take away customers are secondary to Uber eats deliveries.

Murrumba Downs Macas is the worst restaurant I have ever visited. Horrible meal, over salted fries, grubby floor and tables, and poor service. Macas usually has very high food standards but Murrumba downs didn't get the memo. ?

Very nice workers but can be quite slow at times and to anyone who wants fresh maccas I've found around 2:15 Pm to be the best time for me.

Took 20 minutes for a hash brown and a medium frappe at 5 in the afternoon while there was only order 1 other order on the screen, hash brown wasnt even warm

I honestly have never felt the need to leave a review of a fast-food joint. But then I started using Murrumba Downs McDonald's and can I just say they are the worst fast food "restaurant" I have ever been too. 3/4 of the time the order is incorrect, missing or cold. Just once I would like to go through the drive-thru and not be parked for 3-4 minutes. Ordering sprite has become a real guessing game - is it sprite or is it just soda water, who knows. I'm honestly amazed that at the time of writing this it had a 3.5 star review. Damn they must be paying employees to write reviews because I cannot believe they actual have that many positive reviews.

Ordered 2 x $5 meals at drive through and was made to do 2 different transactions for the promo. first charge was $5. second charge was $15.02 so im assuming we were charged for the cars order behind us. rang them and said nothing they can do, bit of a bummer. be careful here.

The franchisee either needs to hire more staff or give up the store to someone else who knows how to properly run a store. This place is slower than molasses and it's not the fault of the staff, they are severely understaffed here. The drive thru is extremely slow and I wouldn't recommend going through it unless you have a lot of spare time on your hands. They forget items, drinks are partially iced, they miss items in orders and on burgers. Terrible. Go somewhere else, the Kallangur one is a much better run store.

Great Maccas, very fast!

Every time I go there, they give me ice cold chips, a burger slapped together with sauce over the wrapper and not the actual burger itself. Crazy rude manager gave me my food in drive through, if you cant go to any other maccas, don't bother going to this one. Rude and bad food

Need more staff Service slow.

I have only been there few times only in drive thru. Last time i was there it took them quite a bit to get orders out. I understand it was busy and not enough staff which is fine. They forgot bacon on my burger plus not enough monopoly cards for my order and they had wrong sauce on my burger. I wasn't impressed at all. Tried to ring them back but no answer.

I've never had an issue here. For a fast food company, they always seem to get orders down efficiently and I have never been given the wrong thing. It would be nicer if staff could greet you more politely when handing you your order.

Really annoyed myself and my partner purchased around $30 worth of food to find half of our chips missing in one of the containers, soda water in a cup instead of coke and stale nuggets. Then when i try and call it goes straight to message bank really disappointed and unhappy and will not come back.

So slow. 30min wait. Not even busy.

2 times in 5 days I asked for a toast and cheese toastie... Got all my other order but not the toasties.. dissatisfied

It's a Macias what do u expect

Second time in a week I haven't even been able to get in the drive way without a lengthy wait at Murrumba Downs. This place more often than not has a bit of a wait even when there's not a lot of cars. Today was 20 minutes, so many cars waiting that we blocked the exit for cars getting out of complex. When I finally paid and got my order nobody apologised for the delay. I usually go few extra minutes to Kallangur Maccas.

Ordered gravy loaded fries with them thru Menulog about 11pm, but this maccas ran out of gravy. So as customer without knowing, this maccas went sneaky on accepting my order without bother to contact to let us know that their gravy ran out and charged us that amount of price with gravy then send the fries off without gravy to Menulog's deliverer. When we contact the store multiple times, finally a woman answer the call and they blame on Menulog & telling us we don't serve gravy loaded fries after 10pm and hangup the call... That's not how things work, horrible experience... They need better manager.

Always SLOW on service, Don't get your order right, waited 10-15 mins again in drive thru (for a coffee) and got my order wrong! Avoid them - Go to Maccas KALLANGUR they are much quicker/efficient.

This store is a joke.. they messed up my delivery order and when I called the store they were VERY rude and narky... Then instead of accepting responsibility for the error they try telling me to contact menulog if I have a problem... After I said it's not menulogs mistake its yours she was very rudely cutting me off and insisting I call menulog if I have a problem. Then the rude cow hung up on me and when I tried to call back they continued to keep hanging up without even answering properly and then rejected every call after... I am not happy

Everytime I get this dude serving me, he acts like it's his first day and has no idea what he is doing. But the thing is, he has been there for months. I am always patient, but I am sure he has been touched in the head

Well kept dining area, food was in good condition

Tried giving us the wrong order twice, and once they finally gave us our correct order. There was missing food.

Regular visitor to this McDonalds...gotta say they don't always get it right but most of the time it's OK. They have a tendency to serve the lane in the drive through closest to the building first no matter who pulls up into the two lanes first...that's a bit annoying because then you get stuck further back in the queue. Food is a bit hit or miss in the moistness of the patty on the burgers. I don't get why you are served your drinks and sundae's and then asked to park in the waiting bay while they attend to your burger orders...even in winter the sundae's melt. Staff are always friendly and I guess are following policy...closest to home so that's why they get my custom...but that's the only reason why.

Bit slow in the coffees in the morning but always a good coffee
